SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery Fees

Delivery is free for all orders over R900 anywhere in South Africa, otherwise it is a standard R100 delivery fee.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

3-7 working days from date of order receipt and payment. 

Please note: Whilst this is our commitment to you our valued customers, we are reliant on couriers to deliver all of our orders. We kindly request, and will appreciate your understanding and patience in the event of any delivery delays on orders placed during our peak periods, which include Black Friday and the Christmas season and run-up to it. Please also factor in that there may be delays over long weekends, public holidays and shut down periods. We thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your valued support.

If you experience any issues with your delivery including: missing, damaged, or incorrect items supplied then please notify us via email (info@storline.co.za) within 24 hours of receiving your order. To assist with our investigation into your issue, we must please receive clear images from you of the packaging (including the outer box, both top and bottom, and any labels on the box) along with your report of either the shortage or damage. Of key importance is to check if either the top or the bottom of the box has been opened somewhere along the delivery process. NB: Claims submitted after 24 hours from time of receipt of the parcel may not be eligible for review.
